Job Description:

State Farm Insurance Cos. is seeking a part-time Customer Support Manager to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in customer support roles. The ideal candidate will be resourceful and adaptable, with strong people management and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities:- Manage a team of customer support representatives to ensure excellent customer service experiences- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement- Provide mentorship and support to team members to help them succeed in their roles- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints to ensure resolution in a timely and satisfactory manner- Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve processes- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service

Requirements:- At least 5 years of experience in customer support roles- Strong leadership and people management skills- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
