Job Description:

Tech Data is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Success Representative in San Diego, California. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the tech industry.

Responsibilities:1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.2. Proactively engage with customers to ensure their needs are being met and provide assistance with product recommendations, troubleshooting, and general support.3. Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback, drive product improvements, and develop strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.4. Assist with onboarding new customers, providing training and guidance on our products and services.5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.6. Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed assistance to customers.
