We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at Community Health Systems in Seattle, Washington. This is a part-time, work-from-home position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority and requires at least 8 years of relevant experience in customer success or a related field.

As a Customer Success Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the success and satisfaction of our customers by building strong relationships, understanding their needs, and providing support and guidance throughout their journey with our products and services. You will be responsible for onboarding new customers, conducting regular check-ins, addressing any issues or concerns, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
