Responsibilities
• Develop, deliver, and maintain training materials• Provide coaching and feedback to customer service representatives• Mentor newly hired representatives for smooth transition• Review quality of phone calls and provide recommendations• Communicate performance trends and recommendations• Assist in the application process if needed
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent• 3 years of customer service experience• Experience in monitoring calls and providing feedback• Effective communication skills in person and over the phone• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite• Preferred: experience in a call center environment• Preferred: experience with training and coaching• Preferred: at least 1 year of experience in an AMSOIL customer service position
