Responsibilities
• Work independently at multiple locations• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions• Perform storage unit inspections• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits• Keep customers current with payments• Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks
Requirements
• Successful candidates come from customer service-centered sales environments• Must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle• Ability to transport items weighing up to 35 pounds• Able to spend up to 50% of time in outdoor environments• Perform climbing stairs and opening large doors• Perform sweeping/mopping and maintain exterior grounds
