Job Description:

PPL is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work from home in San Antonio, Texas. This part-time position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role. The ideal candidate will be hardworking and energetic with strong people management and planning skills.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat- Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve department goals- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements:- 2 years of experience in a customer service role- Excellent communication skills- Strong problem-solving abilities- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite- High school diploma or equivalent
