The Customer Service Representative (CSR) position is responsible for being the first point of contact for our customers, vendors and employees. We require a friendly, professional voice on the phone when answering each call, and then being able to correctly forward each call to the intended recipient. Position will also perform data entry, paying attention to details and quoting activities. 
This position ensures positive employee relations while practicing The Willbanks Way - Values. Position will work Monday-Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm, overtime may be required. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES (R&R): Fields, manages, and communicates to customer inquiry both inbound / outbound. Provide parts and project quotes to customers timely and accurately. Coordinate logistics with warehouse and drop shipments. Acquire and communicate pre-established information required for estimating and service inquiry's. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Use a customer-focused consultative sales process to educate customers on products/services to identify/create sales opportunities. Communicate with Customers and assigned Sales Agents via the phone and/or email to provide customer service support, internally and externally. Complete quoting and order entry process for customers, as needed. Responsible for research of any issues with initial orders for customer, ie. discounts, specials, new locations. Send customer order confirmations to customers and sales team. Respond to client concerns and find immediate solutions or escalate to the appropriate party. Communicate order status with clients and serve as an information conduit between the client and the company. Work with internal team and customers for any revisions needed on orders. Prepare and analyze customer order status reports. Escalate issues to CS Lead as needed. Review production schedule, order status reports and follow up with customer as needed for any changes. Follow up with customer to ensure work orders were completed. Report any issues to appropriate parties. Identify, research, and finalize over/shorts, mis-labels and pricing discrepancies. Handle Customer issues and concerns and escalate to CS Lead when needed. Complete additional reports requested from Sales and/or Customers when needed. Assist Sales team with product forecast for customers when needed. Develop and manage relationships with existing clients through email, phone conversations, and other means that culminate in profitable business relationships. Develop and maintain intercompany relationships among various departments and personnel. Keep purchase and sales orders accurate and up to date. Complete assigned positional and professional training. Other relevant duties as assigned. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES: Must be able to work in a fast paced, quick changing environment with time constraints. Ability to make independent decisions. Must be able to communicate with co-workers/managers to accomplish tasks and resolve issues. Must be detail oriented. Must be able to input data efficiently and accurately in Acumatica and CRM Software. Good time management skills. Above average computer experience and aptitude. Intermediate level or higher in MS 2013 Excel (V-Lookups, Formulas, tables etc.). Ability to work effectively with other associates, customers, and vendors. Must be professional in stressful times. MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION, CREDENTIALS, LICENSES and EXPERIENCE: 4 Year Bachelor's Degree in customer service is preferred. An associate's degree + 4 years related customer service experience/inside sales is required. 5+ years experience working in a warehouse; receiving, shipping, is required. Must have a valid Texas Driver's license having an acceptable driving record, required. Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test. 5S experience is a plus.
