Job Description:

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a confident and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a part-time associate at the Associate Level, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner- Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases- Process transactions accurately and efficiently- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions- Maintain a clean and organized store environment- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction- Demonstrate creativity in finding solutions to customer issues- Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity

Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service- Confidence and motivation to excel in a fast-paced retail environment- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation- Ability to work well in a team setting and cooperate with colleagues- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management
