Customer Service Representative

Role: Customer Service Representative Location: Albuquerque New Mexico We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide information handle inquiries resolve complaints and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone email or chat in a timely and professional manner. Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint determining the cause of the problem selecting and explaining the best solution and expediting correction or adjustment. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service retail or a related field is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure. Proficiency in computer systems and software applications.
