ChildServe is looking for a Customer Service Operations Coordinator to provide administrative support to our staff, families and visitors. The ideal person will be energetic, have excellent organizational skills, and have experience in customer service.
Schedule: Full-Time (30 hrs/week): Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 1:30pm
What You'll Do: Retrieve, sort, and distribute all incoming and outgoing U.S. and interoffice mail.Maintain the postage machine, order supplies, and call for maintenance as needed.Greet and identify needs of visitors and provide exceptional guest service when interacting with families, visitors, and staff.Answer a multi-line telephone and route the calls as appropriate.Monitor the security system on assigned doors and the weather radio and make necessary alert calls. Assist with emergency procedures as needed.Receive and process organizational faxes coming into the ChildServe Center fax machine and coordinate petty cash.Assist the ChildServe merchandise store by working with vendors and staff in receiving and distributing purchased merchandise.What You'll Need: HS Diploma, Associate of Arts or Business Administration degree preferred.Minimum of one year of administrative experience preferred.Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in reading, writing, and speaking the English language.This position is subject to COVID-19 safety requirements.
