Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and resilient Customer Service Manager to join our team at D.R. Horton, a leading home construction company. This position will be remote-based in Indianapolis, Indiana, allowing for flexible part-time hours and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, issues, and complaints- Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of customer concerns- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction- Monitor customer feedback and performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement necessary changes- Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer issues in a timely manner- Provide regular reports to senior management on customer service performance and trends- Train new customer service representatives on company policies, procedures, and customer service best practices
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred- Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer service management or a related field- Strong planning and adaptability skills to effectively handle changing priorities and customer demands- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members- Proven track record of successfully managing customer service teams and improving customer satisfaction- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team in a fast-paced environment
