We are looking for a Customer Service Manager who loves working with people, have a great work ethic and is very organized. This person will manage the front desk team and assist running basic printing jobs on digital copiers.This person will provide telephone and in-person assistance to our valued clients. They provide exceptional service to our customers by answering inquiries about our products and services and/or resolving issues or concerns in person, on the phone, and via the internet. In addition, the Customer Service Manager helps with administrative duties, gathers information for follow up for the Sales team, and helps process orders.We require a team player with a pleasant and courteous personality, who is fluent in English, can provide excellent support and customer service even during times of stress. Strong phone and computer skills are required. Previous customer service or other related experience is highly preferred.CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSIBILITIESInteracts with customers by phone or in person to provide information about products and services, take orders, or document complaintsCoordinates questions and issues with the appropriate department personnelMaintains records of customer interactions and transactionsHandles customer complaints or escalates when necessaryMeets or exceeds all service and sales targetsProvides administrative assistance as neededAttends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as requiredPerforms other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or GED required; some post high school education or training preferredPrevious customer service or related experience preferredPrinting or Graphic Design experience beneficialPleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personalityHighly professional and dependableExcellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stressStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsOutstanding phone skillsStrong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
