Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for a  Customer Service/ Inside Sales Representative  to help take us to the next level! Summary/Objective Customer Service/Inside Sales Representatives greet customers and assist them in selecting products to purchase, sells products and services, quotes jobs and projects as requested, ensures deliveries get scheduled, processes orders & special orders as needed, and supports outside sales and the company in all selling/customer related activities.

Enhances and maintains sales and relationships with existing customer accounts. Develops relationships with and gains sales with new and current customers. Strong customer service skills. Approaches the workday with high Energy and a positive outlook. Primary contact with our established "House Accounts". Excellent multi-tasking skills and communication skills. Answers telephone for sales department. Quote prices and prepare sales orders. Company computer applications skills (Outlook, Word & Excel). Works with outside sales representatives to keep customer account activities up to date, and, to investigate and resolve customer problems. Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from customer inquiries, trade shows, direct mail responses, business directories, Internet Web sites, and other sources. Ability to prepare take-offs from building plans for roofing, siding, and/or windows quotes and proposals are a plus. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus! Additional responsibilities may apply.
