Responsibilities
• Present company's value proposition to clients• Conduct in-person interviews with potential clients• Deliver exceptional customer service and anticipate needs• Answer client calls via national call center routing system• Complete tax forms accurately and in compliance with regulations• Provide tax advice and future tax planning• Research tax-related questions and issues• Resolve client complaints or escalate as necessary• Audit tax return forms for accuracy and completeness• Work with sensitive and confidential information
Requirements
• Retail experience providing exceptional client service• Hands-on marketing to promote brand awareness• High School Degree or equivalent• 1+ years experience in sales, service, and tax preparation• Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills• Basic knowledge of computer functions and math• Ability to lift a maximum of 25 lbs• Strong attention to detail and accuracy• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
