Customer Service Coordinator

HYBIRD Customer Service Support role for global and stable company located in Schaumburg. Immediate interviews and start within a week! Not a call center environment, normal business hours and plenty of training. Friendly team is looking for a candidate with MS Office and between 1-3 years of Customer Service experience. Must have office experience and open to learning new industry. Benefits after 60 days, pays $20/hr.
Job Duties: Assemble and upload audit docs and audit pack Update Sales Order and Purchase Order as needed Process name and address changes Monitor and forward as appropriate email correspondence via the CS email inbox Retrieve voicemails; track and forward as appropriate. Answer phone calls from the toll-free Customer Service number and provide information to the customer as required Job Requirements: Between 1-3 years of Customer Service/Administrative experience working in an office environment Proficient in MS Office and familiar with Excel spreadsheets for data Able to work a hybrid schedule in office Schaumburg Professional and friendly in nature Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
