Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to join our team at Zimmer Biomet Holdings in Houston, Texas. As a Customer Service Associate at our company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and partners. This role is at the Associate Level, with a requirement of at least 3 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities:1. Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency.2. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.3. Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.4. Maintaining customer records and updating information as needed.5. Collaborating with colleagues in other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.6. Assisting in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.7. Identifying opportunities for improvement in the customer service process and making recommendations.

Requirements:1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.2. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.3. Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.4.
