Responsibilities
• Weekly settlement of Company owned and IDP routes• Answering phone calls and emails from IDPs• Performing in-depth audits when warranted• Performing data tasks related to settlements and account management• Documenting call details into Service Now• Handling high call volume (30-50 calls a day)
Requirements
• Strong call center/customer service background• Ability to handle high call volume (up to 50 calls a day)• No degree required, equivalent work experience is acceptable
