Responsibilities
• Supervise a team in organizing moves for air, ocean, land, and hazardous goods.• Ensure compliance with local and international laws.• Manage logistics process cycle and documentation for domestic and international movement.• Coordinate pre-inspection process.• Analyze data for Quarterly Business Reviews.• Negotiate with logistics service providers.• Develop logistics strategies.• Improve moves and logistics services for economic benefit of Halliburton.• Perform managerial functions such as interviewing, training, and performance management.
Requirements
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Systems or Engineering.• 5 to 7 years of experience in logistics with all transport modes.• Knowledge of Hazardous movements preferred.• IATA, IMDG, and CFR49 knowledge may be required.• Experience in managing contracts and Incoterms.
