• Responding to and completing customer requests• Providing patient and empathetic problem resolution• Assisting with daily phone calls• Creating and updating opportunities• Managing the customer sales journey• Processing quotations, orders, and invoices• Communicating shipping notifications• Processing chain store orders• Maintaining knowledge base and document retention• Assisting with administrative tasks
Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent• At least one year of relevant administrative work experience• Eye care experience is helpful• Ability to multitask and prioritize• Great organizational skills• Accuracy in written correspondence and data entry• Effective communication skills• High quality customer service orientation• Teamwork mentality• Proficiency in Office 365• Prefer experience in CRM/ERP software and data entry• Ability to travel for tradeshows or events• Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs• Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm availability
