Job Description:
SoFi, a leading personal finance company, is seeking a Remote Customer Care Representative to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be reliable and adaptable, with strong research and strategic planning skills.
Responsibilities:1. Provide excellent customer service to assist clients with their inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone, email, and chat.2. Conduct thorough research to address customer issues and provide accurate and timely solutions.3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.4.
