What You'll Do As member of our customer solutions team, you will use your phenomenal problem-solving skills to provide timely resolution of customers' electric, internet, propane and billing issues.

Spend your day on the phone communicating with MEC customers. Troubleshoot and problem solve using out-of-the-box thinking. Communicate clearly to our customers. Helps customers with billing questions and service-related questions. Sell and up-sell MEC products and services. Who You Are You enjoy helping others, are extremely customer focused, technology savvy, empathetic and patient. You are passionate about doing a great job! You catch on quickly, love to learn and embrace change! You don't like errors but embrace them as a growth opportunity. You have one year of customer service experience preferably in call center.
