Job Description:

General Dynamics is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Care Manager to join our team in San Francisco, California. As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer care and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:- Manage a team of customer care representatives and ensure they provide excellent service and support to customers- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention- Handle escalated customer issues and work to find solutions in a timely manner- Ensure all customer inquiries are responded to promptly and professionally- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to enhance the overall customer experience- Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve service delivery- Monitor customer care metrics and prepare regular reports for upper management

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- 5+ years of experience in customer service or a related field- Strong project management skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities- Experience with CRM software is a plus
