Job Description:

Square is seeking a hardworking and energetic Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in customer service and develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:1. Assist customers with inquiries, technical issues, and troubleshooting via phone, email, and chat.2. Provide timely and accurate information to customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.3. Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.4. Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers and colleagues.5. Contribute to the development of customer service procedures and guidelines to improve efficiency and effectiveness.6. Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and reporting as needed.

Requirements:1. 1 year of customer service experience preferred.2. Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers.3. People management skills to effectively handle customer interactions and resolve issues.4. Strategic planning skills to prioritize tasks and achieve objectives.5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
