What's a typical day as a Customer Advocate? You'll be:
• Researching and responding to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner
• Providing excellent customer service to clients and addressing their questions and concerns
• Utilizing your data entry and typing skills to input information accurately
• Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient operations
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have 2 years of college or 2 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment • Have experience in provider outreach and can make quick decisions
• Possess strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
• Have clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
• Are detail-oriented and have experience with Microsoft Suite, including basic Excel skills
Preferred qualifications:
• Have 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
• Possess knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
