Culture & Communications Coordinator Location Hybrid work in Philadelphia, PA : The Culture and Communications Coordinator will help support the people team in the promotion of firm culture to support the strategic goals for Centri Business Consulting, LLC ("the Firm"). This role will support the administrative and event planning for the Firm, including leadership & development meetings, holiday and family events, and culture events. Additionally, this position will provide all administrative support for all Centri Offices, office supplies ordering and monitoring (i.e. taking inventory, stocking supplies, coffee, sodas, printer paper/cartridges, etc.), and picking up mail and packages and distributing to the team. Core Responsibilities Support the Culture and Communications Manager as needed related to the protecting of the firm culture. Ensure communications, save-the-dates, etc. are sent timely and accurately. Compiling notes/data received from weekly & annual surveys, focus groups, listening sessions, etc. Assist Culture & Communications Manager in ad hoc culture initiatives that relate to employee recognition. Promote coffee connection program to enhance collaborative core value. Complete the requisite number coffees per week with various team members. Report to leadership successes, feedback, challenges that come out of the program. Assist in planning the committee events and communications. Ensure event communications, save-the-dates, etc. are sent timely and accurately, coordinate headcount with stakeholders, assist in planning the family picnics and holiday party. Support Firm initiatives and development opportunities. Working to build in-person relationships and promote collaboration in a hybrid environment. Plan and prepare for meetings and off-sites, including reserving meeting rooms, setting up catering, working with external sites and vendors when needed. Ensure the office is maintained in a neat manner, troubleshooting any facilities issues and being the primary contact for the team. Set up of internal meetings, including document preparation, food inquiries and internal communication. Ensure all offices have the appropriate supplies to create a collaborative, productive environment. Manage office supply budget. Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail and ability to follow processes. Ability to juggle multiple tasks and to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong critical thinking and conflict resolution skills. Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Strong interpersonal and team building skills. Positive attitude and a 'can do' approach to the position and ability to work autonomously. Strong proficiency with MS Office tools on Widows platform: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint and Teams. Education and Experience Bachelor's or Associate degree in business administration or a related field. 1 year of experience in event planning or an administrative field. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift items up to 30 pounds at times. Travel will be 5% of the time when necessary.
