Responsibilities
• Overseeing hourly cooks at events• Ensuring smooth execution of event load-in, kitchen set up, event maintenance, and event flow• Adhering to venue guidelines and completing venue walkthroughs• Troubleshooting issues and building systems to prevent recurring problems• Assisting in various tasks onsite, including driving the catering van• Coordinating garbage removal and organizing kitchen rentals• Closing events and overseeing cleaning• Managing organization of Boka Catering storage units• Availability required on Friday and Saturday evenings
