Responsibilities
• Create strategies and foster partnerships with internal and external entities• Support Cryptologic and Cybersecurity program management office• Develop, facilitate, and implement initiatives• Develop and implement performance metrics• Lead the creation and support completion of organizational planning templates• Support discussion and participate in activities related to initiatives and communications
Requirements
• Bachelor's or higher degree in a field related to Cryptology or Cybersecurity• At least 15 years of experience in Cryptologic and/or Cybersecurity mission areas• Knowledge of NSA Cryptologic and Cybersecurity functions, policies, and stakeholders• Demonstrated experience operating at the executive level• Experience working in a senior management environment within NSA, IC, or DoD• Knowledge of Joint/IC/Service Cryptologic and Cybersecurity policy, environment, and activities
