Here is a list of some of the essential duties: Ensuring that each guest receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes... Greeting and acknowledging every guest. Processing POS transactions accurately and adhering to proper cash handling procedures. Working in cooperation with other Jersey Mike's Team Members. Maintaining cleanliness of floors, tables, counters, and restrooms at all times. Responding appropriately to guest concerns and communicating to management. Operating all equipment necessary to perform the job. Abiding by the established Jersey Mike's uniform and grooming standards. Maintaining an awareness of all menu items. Adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Reaches, bends, and frequently lifts-up to 30 pounds. Works in a standing position for long periods of time.
