Essential functions of the job include: Perform eligibility review and cost calculations of service credit purchase requests. Review, research, evaluate, correct, process, and maintain Service Credit Purchase (SCP) elections. Investigates and resolves difficult and sensitive cases and issues. Responds to inquiries (i.e.: telephone, Workflow inquiries, etc.) of a difficult and sensitive nature and escalates to designated team members when appropriate.

Working Conditions This position is designated as office-centered and works primarily onsite at the Sacramento, CA -Headquarters at least three weekdays. On a rotational basis all employees will be required to provide telephone coverage and assistance during normal office hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. May require overnight/in-state travel.
