We are seeking a passionate and experienced Corporate Controller to join our dynamic team. As a key member reporting directly to our Chief Financial Officer, you will play a crucial role in our fast-paced and rapidly expanding environment.

About the Role:
As our Corporate Controller, you will lead our financial reporting and monthly close process with precision and integrity. Your expertise will be essential in guiding our accounting team and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of financial reporting and the monthly close process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Provide leadership and guidance to our accounting team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with departmental management and legal staff in reviewing and approving contracts.
- Uphold the company's values and standards as outlined in our team member handbook.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines and regulations.
Experience and Education Required:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance; Master's degree preferred. CPA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience, preferably in a healthcare or public company setting.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Ethical, hard-working, and deadline-oriented individual with a commitment to excellence.
- Knowledge of organizational development, human resources, and program operations is advantageous.
