As a Copywriter at Colle McVoy , you'll be responsible for bringing the conceptual heat in everything you touch – could be a new campaign or a content series or could be dreaming up a killer experience. As a Copywriter at Colle McVoy , you'll not only pair with Art Directors but also Designers, Creative Technologists, PR experts and even creative media people from time to time. This position requires someone who can write well in a variety of tones and voices, loves culture, has a healthy curiosity about technology and likes to make a variety of things (we believe brands are not just what they say but what they make and do) . Contribute to the accurate definition of project scope, estimates and timelines Develop creative concepts and copy for a wide range of initiatives Establish tone and copy style to appropriately reflect brand positioning Write short and long format copy as appropriate to meet project's marketing and communication objectives Present ideas and work to team and/or senior creative personnel Remain current on industry trends and technology Ability to aggregate mass amounts of content to determine what is appropriate based on the project's objectives and how it should best be presented Adept at various forms of writing (TV scripts, taglines, headlines, social concepts, brand guidelines, etc.) Ability to decipher and integrate a variety of inputs including copy and data Solid skill set in writing persuasive, informative and directional copy Strong cognitive skills - including problem solving, decision making and analysis Experience with social first campaigns Ability to concept and produce social assets with minimal oversight Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or ad school credentials or equivalent industry experience Online portfolio that demonstrates a range of ideas with a strong sense of conceptual and creative writing ability Three or more years of experience copywriting Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Ability to travel as needed Named a 2024 Ad Age A-List Standout Agency and Adweek's 2023 Midsize Agency of the Year, Colle McVoy's nimble talent model unlocks holistic creative problem solving with capabilities that span the entire marketing ecosystem: brand and influencer strategy, design, experiential, social, branded content, media, earned creative PR and more.
