• Participate in ordering, planning, prepping, cooking, inventory management• Provide staff oversight, training, and mentoring• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness in the kitchen• Operate kitchen equipment and demonstrate sanitary food preparation• Serve as a role model for dietary staff behavior• Report issues or concerns with kitchen appliances• Learn menu items, meal preparation, departmental organization, and staff safety
Requirements
• High School or equivalent education• 1 year of demonstrated food service experience• ServSafe certification required within 30 days of hire
