Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Welcome guests and provide a high level of service, accurately and in a timely manner Collect appropriate payment from guests and input in POS system Demonstrates a complete understanding of menu items and explains it to guests accurately. Accurate and efficient cash handling and reporting Ensure all products are rotated on a first-in, first-out philosophy Maintain and exhibit a solid knowledge and understanding of all food products and skillfully apply culinary and cooking techniques Identify and safely use all kitchen equipment Regularly restock all kitchen supplies and food items required for service Properly label and date all products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation Read, measure, and execute recipes Ensure food quality is superior and takes action to correct any irregularities Answer basic property and DTLV questions and provide information Perform other job-related duties as assigned Follow all SNHD guidelines Qualifications: Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills Demonstrates strong teamwork and collaboration skills Exceptional cash handling skills and working knowledge of POS systems Able to effectively communicate in English in both the verbal and written form Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and weekends Education/Experience: One (1) year of previous cash handling and customer service experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent is required Ability to obtain work card, health card and TAM Must be 21+ years old ***If you are having issues with the APPLY button, try refreshing first or clearing your browser data***
