Rebuild, continuous improvement, and cost reduction projects as well as first generation projects for the Harrodsburg Plant. Projects will involve software and/or electrical power solutions.
Role within group: 
Project/rebuild support and controls troubleshooting Required Qualifications/Education: BSEE, BSEET 2+ Years of Experience PLC, HMI, Motion, and Industrial Robot – Programming and configuration knowledge Ability to troubleshoot difficult process problems and determine root cause through process experimentation and data analysis. This is a functional position that requires strong technical curiosity, leadership skills (specs, scopes, budget, timeline, etc), and the ability/desire to learn as well as train others. Rigor and detail oriented in controls/software design, development, testing and documentation. Autonomy, decision-making, self-starter Desired Skills: Programming/configuration knowledge and experience – Rockwell, Mitsubishi, FANUC Robots, OSI Pi, iFIX(Proficy), Proface, and PILZ Controls/Electrical Experience in Manufacturing Broad skill set (first principal design to implementation/installation) Working knowledge of 480V and below 3 phase power systems including National Codes (NEC, OSHA, NFPA 70E, etc) Knowledgeable of electrical design and machine standards (NFPA, NEC, ANSI RIA R15.06, etc. Day to Day Responsibilities: Provide electrical & controls support for the BOD (Bottom of the Draw), mixing, and measurement production processes. Partner with the Research and Development, Application Development and Product Engineering organizations to understand the application requirements and determine needs for future systems. Develop fundamental comprehension of critical process and technical requirements, identify areas of technical risk in assigned projects, conduct prototype / feasibility testing to verify concept, and define and document system design specifications. Actively participate in all phases of the project including design, fabrication, off-line integration and testing, installation, production start-up support, training of plant personnel, and technology transfer Individual must be capable of executing project assignments, in a team-based environment, with minimal supervision. Travel Requirements: Possible international travel less than 10% Hours of work/work schedule/flextime: 8 AM– 5 PM / 24-hour production support Weekend team (periodic) & project team production coverage Required to sign a Covenant Not to Compete This position does not support immigration sponsorship.
The range for this position is $82,489.00 - $113,423.00.  Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
