Responsibilities will include developing accounting policies to comply with GAAP requirements,  Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements, and management reporting requirements; acting as the primary contact with the organization's independent auditors on accounting matters; administering general accounting, property accounting, and record retention programs; and directing the preparation of periodic and yearly financial statements, conditions and results in accordance with GAAP and SEC requirements.  In addition, the Controller will supervise, train and develop the finance staff as needed.
