Contracts Manager

Their state-of-the-art site in Columbia, MO is in need of a Contracts Manager responsible for administration of contracts and managing the activities of other administrators.  Need a peer advisor to the CEO/COO on big and small contract negotiations (not just reviews and implementing best practices).
