Zoom Video Communications is seeking a passionate and reliable Content Writer to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As an Entry Level Content Writer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content for various platforms, including our website, blog, social media channels, and marketing materials. You will work closely with our Marketing team to develop creative and strategic content that aligns with our brand voice and objectives.
Responsibilities:- Research and write high-quality content on a wide range of topics related to video communications technology- Collaborate with internal teams to develop content strategy and plan- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency- Optimize content for SEO to improve organic search rankings- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in content creation- Assist in creating and maintaining an editorial calendar- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new content ideas- Adhere to brand guidelines and tone of voice in all content produced
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines- Familiarity with SEO best practices- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite- Experience with content management systems (CMS) is a plus- Passion for technology and digital marketing- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
