Job Description:

American Family Insurance Group is seeking a dedicated and resilient Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Los Angeles, California. As a Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing customer calls, providing exceptional customer service, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.

Responsibilities:1. Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.2. Providing accurate information about insurance products and services.3. Processing policy changes and assisting customers with claims.4. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.5. Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.6. Managing customer accounts and updating information as needed.7. Meeting performance metrics and goals set by the company.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.2. Strong people management skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.3. Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.4. Proficiency in using computer software and CRM systems.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.6. High school diploma or equivalent required.7. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
