Contact Center Associate

Job Description:

Anadarko Petroleum is seeking a Contact Center Associate to join our team in San Diego, California. As a full-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner- Provide excellent customer service and support to resolve inquiries and issues- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed performance targets- Utilize project management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure deadlines are met- Plan and execute contact center strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction- Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies to accurately assist customers- Handle escalated customer concerns with empathy and professionalism

Requirements:- Dedicated and resilient personality traits- Strong project management and planning skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Experience in a contact center or customer service role preferred- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus
