Responsibilities
• Act as a coordinator between multiple projects to align with overall business goals• Lead the extended program team and ensure real-time sharing of information• Deliver program objectives through the process and manage program performance, risks, and modifications• Develop and maintain project schedules and calendars• Confer with project team to outline work plan and assign duties and responsibilities• Direct and coordinate activities of project team to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget• Determine project roles of team members based on project requirements• Provide support and industry-specific knowledge based on customer's direction• Identify technical approach for assigned project(s)• Recruit, train/develop, and manage team under guidance of Director of Construction Services• Perform risk assessment and mitigation independently• Establish trusted advisor relationship with the customer• Deliver high quality service and problem resolution• Produce project status reports and lead project team meetings• Manage scope creep and maintain focus on customer satisfaction
Requirements
• 8+ years of project management experience• Prior large scale project experience overseeing budgets• Phone landline construction experience• Fiber Optic construction experience• Working knowledge of project related software• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Intermediate to Expert ability with Windows operating systems• Expert level ability with Microsoft office applications• Ability to prioritize and complete assignments accurately and in a timely manner• Strong interpersonal, organizational, oral and written communications skills• Must be able to work alone and with a team• Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check
