Large international construction company seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager.
We specialize in geotechnical consulting in oil-structure systems, foundation problems, environmental, and loading conditions. Project Details: Start Date: IMMEDIATE 19 Month project in Brownsville, TX The on-site Project Manager position should be located around the project site in Brownsville and commute to the site office to oversee the project operation and management. Project size: $50M After completing this project, the employee will have the following options: Stay longer if the extension is awarded. Move to another project with the company. Prepare for the upcoming projects in our office in San Jose, CA Remote work from home Qualifications: 20+ years experience in project planning and management for soil improvement, earthworks, underground construction, or other related heavy civil construction Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Geotechnical Engineering, or other related fields. A Master's degree will be a plus. Skills: AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or other management software. Communication skills with clients, staff members, and upper management. Compensation: $150,000 - $190,000 per year (depending on experience)
Covered expenses: Lodging, transportation, and allowance on project basis.
