Responsibilities
• Monitor work and coordinate inspections• Communicate with stakeholders and keep them informed• Manage requisitions, invoices, and safety documents• Coordinate equipment access and obtain permits• Update "as built" drawings and oversee construction activities• Evaluate and select potential contractors• Manage work updates in the CMMS• Generate work orders and maintain a daily log• Review and track submittals, RFIs, and change order requests• Perform inspections, develop schedules, and verify work performed
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business Management• Minimum of five (5) years relevant work experience• Valid California Driver's License• Knowledge of state and local building codes• Experience in construction safety and environmental regulations• Ability to plan, organize, and estimate construction projects• Proven leadership and collaboration skills• Ability to manage multiple projects
