Seeking a Civil Litigation Associate Attorney in New Orleans, minimum 2-5 years' of Insurance Defense experience with a focus in Construction Litigation for a premier full-service law firm, well-established and known for providing high quality litigation in Louisiana. A fast-paced office needing the ideal candidate to have familiarity working with general contractors/subcontractors in Building, Employment Litigation, Contract Review, Wage and Hour, Workplace Harassment; Civil Litigation and Insurance Defense.  Duties and Responsibilities: Investigate, evaluate, settle construction-related loss claims
Draft discovery, requests, responses, legal research
Prepare and argue motions and opposition to motion
Exceptional written and verbal communication
