Construction Contracts Administrator
LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a construction company in Tempe. This organization is in search of a contracts administrator to join their team on a full time basis. This job is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, three days in office and two days from home. Previous construction industry experience is required. The hourly range for this job is $25/hr-$28/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
Review contract job packages for accuracy and policy compliance.
Administer construction contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating terms and conditions.
Coordinate contract documents, change orders, and other project-related paperwork.
Process new customer setups.
Facilitate approval and signing of customer contracts.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of construction administrative support or similar role is required.
Strong understanding of construction contracts, projects, and conditions.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
