APM Functions:
General commercial construction project management
Change order analysis
Communicate with leadership and client on project status
Project schedule evaluation and monitoring
Plan and specification review
APM Qualifications:
Commercial construction project management, engineering, or architecture experience is preferred but not required
Must express interest in continuing education including certifications applicable to roles and responsibilities as needed
Desire to grow with company into leadership
Extensive people skills
