Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests• Assist guests with inquiries and recommendations• Manage guest requests and resolve any issues• Maintain knowledge of local attractions and events• Collaborate with hotel staff to meet guest needs• Ensure adherence to Forbes Five-Star Standards• Proactively anticipate guest needs• Maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere• Handle high-pressure situations with clarity and composure• Work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent (Secondary education preferred)• At least 2 years of previous customer service experience• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Fluent in English (additional language fluency a plus)• Excellent time management and attention to detail• Calm and courteous under demanding/difficult situations
