As an Compliance Analyst, you play a critical role in supporting Sunrun's mission to connect people to the cleanest energy on the planet . This role is housed in Sunrun's Legal Team within the Employee Relations and Compliance Department. Responsibilities + Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance and develop corrective action plans. + Develop and provide employee training on compliance policies, practices and reporting systems. + Analyze compliance trends and recommend strategies, solutions, programs and policies to mitigate future occurrences and improve company practices + Investigate and respond to compliance-related inquiries and incidents. + Utilize established internal controls and auditing systems to identify, detect, and correct non-compliance. + Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities. + Participate in risk assessments and assist in risk mitigation strategies. Qualifications and Skills + Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent + Minimum 2 years of direct experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or other related field. + Excellent planning, organization and time management skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, and work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment + Excellent judgment with the ability to manage highly sensitive and confidential information + Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust at all levels of the organization. + Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively influence throughout all levels of the organization + Ability to objectively present findings to various levels of management + Proficiency in SalesForce preferred Recruiter: Amanda Frock ()
