Job Description:
Campbell Soup is seeking a driven and hardworking Communications Specialist to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As an Associate level position, this role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in communications or a related field.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic communication plans to support Campbell Soup's objectives- Write and edit internal and external communications materials, including press releases, speeches, and social media content- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including media contacts and community partners- Monitor and analyze media coverage and trends to inform communication strategies- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding- Assist in crisis communication planning and response- Support internal communications initiatives, including employee engagement programs and events
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field- Proven experience in a communications role, with a strong portfolio of writing samples- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to navigate complex situations with tact and sensitivity- Exceptional time management and organizational skills- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
