CLICK HERE TO APPLY: Communications Coordinator – Eldorado Association (Santa Fe, NM) Eldorado Community Improvement Association is looking for a Communications Coordinator who will have a primarily responsibility of communications between the management and members of the HOA. This position needs to have the ability to reach diverse audiences comprising the Eldorado community. Primary role overseeing, managing our web content and pro-actively oversee community events.
This is a Full-Time Position: We are offering benefits after 60 days; PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K.
Qualifications :
Computer skills for community Newsletters, communications; writing skills, strong proofreader Strong administrative, attention to detail, editing skills and customer service skills Able to manage web content to include calendar/news and all related updates Experience with surveys/focus groups, mentoring, consulting, coaching, and customer relations is desired Familiarity with Word based-programs; internet and Outlook Job Responsibilities :
Responsible for managing with third party layout web designer to ensure accurate updates Appropriately relay Board business, Eldorado update and HOA articles to homeowners Publish Board Meeting summaries and potential articles from Directors Develop content for non-Board info from committees and residents Manage our social media presence, work with technical support staff to approve and edit content; review active links ensuring accuracy with posted events, info etc. Host Welcome Events for new arrivals and Volunteer Appreciation Events In a timely manner respond to web responses to user's email inquiries All Eldorado Employees Possess: Integrity and Credibility Willing to help and assist others when needed High standards of professional About HOAMCO - Since 1991, HOAMCO (Homeowners Association Management Company) has successfully handled every aspect of community association management.
