This is an ONSITE position in Naperville, IL!

Position Overview for the Communications Coordinator:
Provide support for CEO leader meetings, including the ability to update and refresh communications plans and task lists based on past records.
Additional responsibilities include brainstorming gift ideas, creating seating charts, planning interactive development activities, and completing other assigned tasks.
Manage administrative tasks for Corporate Communications-hosted employee events, such as scheduling meeting rooms, coordinating executive calendars, ordering food, and preparing basic PowerPoint templates.
Review and rename/reorganize current photo folders for easy identification, and apply the same process to upcoming events with professional photography, such as Volunteer Week, which may generate a large number of photos.

Required Skills for the Communications Coordinator:
Strong organizational, administrative and project management skills.
Proficiency in labeling and organizing various documents such as communication plans, employee emails, posters, and PowerPoint templates within Microsoft Teams folders.
Capable of creating basic PowerPoint messages for display on TV monitors.
